The SneakBuddy Network may not be used for any of the following:

      For any illegal purpose (including copyright violation). To communicate with minors (in a manner prohibited by law). To transmit any abusive, unlawful, threatening, or harmful material, for example web hacking. To engage in spamming (such as unsolicited commercial email), or any other kind of abuse over the internet. To power robots and other automated scripts. 

Disclaimers and Limitations

Information and services which are provided on The SneakBuddy Network may contain errors and as a result periods of interruption may occur. While The SneakBuddy Network tries it's best to maintain the information and services, The SneakBuddy Network cannot be held responsible for any defects, errors, or any damages arising from the use of The SneakBuddy Network. The SneakBuddy Network provides it's free services and content with NO warranty and in an "As If" form. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. The SneakBuddy Network will never be held responsible for any damages such as incidental, consequential and any other form of special damage which have occurred by users using its services. If you do not agree to any of this TOS, please stop using our free service immediately.

The SneakBuddy Network displays links to third-party websites, The SneakBuddy Network is not responsible for the content or actions used on the various websites.

Termination

The SneakBuddy Network reserves the right to restrict users from using it's service at any given time. This could result in a full IP ban and special monitoring.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any given time, therefore it is your responsibility to regularly check for any updates.
